Almost into SPRING! Although in my cozy home town of South Texas summer is practically year round. Nonetheless, we go with the flow and start dusting off those bikinis in March for Spring Break. Excited?
This month has been so overwhelmingly busy (and I thank all of you gals and guyses for that), I had been off any type of supplement for about 4 months, but this high paces month was getting me off track and I needed the help. This Monday I began my KIT DRENA GRASA once more.
I have to admit I was pretty excited to start. I know, I have THOUSANDS of kits at home and I see them every day, but obviously I am not on the KIT year round. So I weighed myself at 126.4 on Monday. I had gained some weight over the holidays because I was pregnant. Was, YES. Unfortunately, I had a miscarriage at 10 weeks, and I had to have a D & C. For any of those of you out there that this has happened to, you're not alone.
I felt so good on Monday. I was full of energy, not hungry or tempted to reach for the vending machine at all. I was as thirsty as a camel! I went through I whole gallon and even a couple of glasses when I got home in the evening. The detox didn't affect me as much as it did in 2015 when I first took the kit, but I did have more frequent bowel movements (poop LOL). The only downfall was at night time. I experienced some insomnia. This is normal and happens to some of our customers on their first 2-4 nights.
Fast forward to today. SUNDAY! Weigh in day for me.
122.2! Of course I did my dance around. I didn't have a huge loss because I don't have the BMI to lose 10lbs. I did notice my stomach was as flat as a board, and I feel super light. My ultimate goal is to get to 118lbs.
Moving on… I have goals and I know what I need to do to achieve them. I also know that accountability is key to success. We need others to go through this journey with us or we will easily get off track. Also, I will continually have support groups and accountability groups on Facebook. These are awesome because we can share our struggles and successes and cheer one another on.
Why do I want to achieve these goals? I want to be the best mom I can be for my Ashley. I want to be the best wife I can be for my husband. I want to be the best health coach I can be for the many clients that will walk through my door in a short month! Overall, I want to be the best ME I can be!
What do you want to achieve in the next 6 months? Whatever you want to do, be it health or relationships, or job, set a goal and make plans to achieve it. The next six months are going to go by whether or not you choose to do something about it or not. If you want accountability and would like to be a part of my 90 day challenge please let me know! Send me a message or shoot me an email (Trevino.firstname.lastname@example.org).
In the comments, share your goal for the next sixth months!
